Privacy Policy
KCI (Thailand) Co., Ltd., operating as MOBEX, is the data controller when it decides why and how personal data is processed under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and other applicable law. This policy explains how we handle data when you browse, inquire, book, pay, chat or conduct business with us.

1. Data we collect
Depending on your interaction, we may collect identity and contact details, company and traveller profiles, booking and route information, flight details, passenger and luggage requirements, communications, payment status and transaction references.

2. How we collect data
We collect data directly from you, from the organisation you represent, from people arranging travel for you, from service providers involved in a booking, from public business sources and automatically through our website and systems. If you provide another person's data, you must be authorised to do so.
3. Why we use data
We use personal data to respond to requests, create accounts, prepare quotes, calculate routes, take and fulfil bookings, coordinate vehicles and chauffeurs, process payments and refunds, provide support, maintain records, prevent misuse, improve services and comply with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory duties.

4. Sharing and service providers
MOBEX does not sell or rent personal data. We disclose only what is reasonably required to transport partners, chauffeurs, payment processors, mapping and location providers, communications and live-chat providers, hosting and IT providers, professional advisers, insurers, authorities and other parties needed to provide or protect the service.
Recipients must handle data under applicable law and contractual safeguards. A supplier receives only the operational information needed for its assigned service.
5. Cookies, maps, chat and payments
The site may use essential storage, analytics, fraud prevention, Google Maps services, Chatwoot communications and payment-provider interfaces. These services may process device, location, communication or transaction data under their own notices. You can control non-essential cookies where controls are offered, but essential functions may require storage.
6. Storage, security and retention
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the data and service. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Data is retained only as long as needed for its purpose, contracts, business records, legal obligations or claims, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised where appropriate.
7. International transfers
Technology and international service providers may process data outside Thailand. Where required, MOBEX uses measures intended to provide protection consistent with the Thailand PDPA and other applicable privacy laws.
8. Your rights
Subject to legal conditions and exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or information about your data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and complain to the relevant authority. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may affect services that require the data.
9. Third parties and policy changes
Links to third-party sites are governed by those parties' notices. We may update this policy when services, technology or law change. The current version and date will be published here. The English version prevails if translations differ in interpretation.
